How To Measure Your Size
Be sure to keep the tape level, and not too tight. Then use the chart as a guide, but allow for some variance based on how you prefer the garment to fit.
WAIST: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
INSEAM: Measure the distance from the uppermost part of your inner thigh to your ankle.

The Patagonia Men's Quandary Pants are designed for comfort and freedom of movement, making them ideal for hiking and various outdoor activities. Crafted from a lightweight blend of 96% NetPlus postconsumer recycled nylon—sourced from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution—and 4% spandex plain weave, these pants offer stretch and durability. They feature a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS) to shed light moisture and provide 40+ UPF sun protection. The curved waistband contours to the natural shape of the hips, ensuring a comfortable fit that stays in place during movement. Multiple pockets, including a zippered right-thigh pocket, provide secure storage for essentials. The pants are available in various inseam lengths to suit different preferences.
